The Home Farm Food Shop has now been converted into :
The Old Smiddy Toy Shop.
Carrying a range of traditional toys and games, books, puppets, sweets, licquorice and many other items from our childhood eras, the Old Smiddy Toy Shop is open during the Winter season as follows :
11.00am until 4.00pm

Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Thursday 6 November to Sunday 21 December 2008

The Old Smiddy Toyshop
Full of traditional toys from yesteryear including a selection of hand puppets by the Puppet Company who aim to produce the finest puppets only using the finest materials allowing both children and adults to explore the breadth of their imagination.
The range includes the Wind In The Willows, Sockettes, Wild Animals and large witchs, dragons and many more (finger puppets also available).
Willberry Dolls
Are instantly recognisable by the distinctive Willberry fruit on the sole of their shoe. Each doll has it’s own finger puppet in it’s pocket. The dolls have removable clothes, embroidered faces, which make them a wonderful toy and collectors item.
